Patrick and his son, have been supplying us for the last five years, rearing their turkeys at Starveall Farm, Buckinghamshire. They are slow reared, to the highest welfare standards. The finest turkey you’ve ever tasted, with 2 gold star taste awards.

What makes them so exceptional? They slowly rear their turkeys the old fashioned way on a natural diet with no harmful artificial additives. Welfare is at the top of their agenda – Lizzie often visits them and the turkeys are outside on a sunny day, or playing inside a big airy warm clear barn (with outdoor access).

The are then dry plucked, hand finished and hung, to bring out the full flavour. This is why Patrick believes he gets so many awards and that his turkeys are exceptional.

We also stock Geese (and turkeys if you wish) from Peachcroft Farm, Oxfordshire, who have been producing birds for Christmas for over 80 years. The Geese are superb (I have one every year) and they are the official suppliers to Harrods, Knightsbridge.
