If you want a ‘plastic free’ food order then please give us a try we’ve calculated that last year we were 89% plastic free – the main source of plastic was the vac packed processed meat bits like hams, sausage stuffing and sausages…. which the industry is working on…
But most of our fruit & veg is loose, or in paper bags, and the big birds (turkey, geese and capons) are all so fresh that they don’t need to be in plastic and are presented in a cardboard box.
The turkey and geese are award winning and local… and you will be supporting a small family business by buying from us too
